Lanzarote has much more to offer than wind and waves. The unique volcanic landscape of the Fire Mountains, the wine area of La Geria or the impressive cliff and endless sand beach of Famara are just a few of its natural beauties.

The Canary Islands are often called 'The islands of eternal spring' thanks to their mild and sunny climate all year through. With almost 360 sunny days, Lanzarote became a popular holiday destination in all European countries.
The Canarian archipelago is only 120 km away from the African coast of Morocco. The steady trade winds make Lanzarote a windsurf paradise and you only have to look at the wind statistics to know why it became a Mecca for windsurfers.
